The Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps’ [FDC], 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), drums line the sidewalk on Constitution Ave. in preparation for the Cherry Blossom Parade, Apr. 13, in Washington, D.C.  The FDC drums are specially handcrafted to display every battle streamer obtained by The Old Guard.
